TICKET POLICY
Pony World Theatre believes art should be affordable for everyone.
Pony World Theatre (PWT) works hard to make it easy for you to see live theatre. We might not be able to do much about traffic or parking or your boss asking you to work late. But we can do a lot to make sure cost is never the barrier.

Since forming in 2009, PWT has never charged ticket fees for its theatrical productions. We also strive to keep our ticket prices low. We offer discounts for seniors, students, and theatre artists. We also host several Pay-What-You-Can performances with each run.
Facts on Waitlists, Refunds and Exchanges
Waitlist: We do take a waitlist at the box office for any sold out performance. The box office opens 1 hour before showtime, and we start taking names at that time. While we cannot guarantee you can get a seat if you're on the waitlist, history shows there are very good odds! Please note, that for any unclaimed tickets will be released to the waitlist at 7:30pm sharp (2:00pm for matinees). We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. If your tickets are released and you arrive after 7:30pm (or 2:00pm) or after the start of the show, see our info on Refunds and Exchanges below.

Refunds: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. All ticket purchases are final.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your tickets for a different performance, we will happily accommodate that request, availability depending. We do not charge any exchange fees.

Due to demand, we cannot move tickets to the closing weekend (final weekend) of performances.

To request a ticket exchange, simply email infoponyworld@gmail.com with your name, the date and time of your current tickets, and the date and time you would like to move those tickets to. You will receive a confirmation email.
